31 things learned in HealthCare.gov’s first 31 days
Never good when people in the stock photos are visibly panicking
The Healthcare.gov rollout has been less-than-stellar. But a doomed website launch does not mean a doomed program. So long as people are actively trying to fix the program rather than just bitch about it, the process should smooth itself out.
In the meantime, here are 31 things (h/t Wonkblog) we’ve learned in the 31 days since the website launch (sorry, but none of the 31 points are “America is destroyed” or “Obama is from Kenya”).
