Jon Stewart on Cain’s Harassment Crap

In Wednesday’s Crap I broke down the ridiculousness that is the Herman Cain sexual harassment blame game.

Not only are Cain’s repsonses to the issue suspiciously absurd, but so is the Conservative response to the news. Cain’s “supporters” want to play this as racist Liberals floating rumors, but while we might never know if he did in fact harrass those women, the fact remains that Cain (or the National Restaurant Association on his behalf) DID settle with those women and compensate them financially in exchange for their silence.

But if you don’t take my word for it, watch Jon Stewart and the Daily Team tear Herman Cain and the race-card blame game to shreds….

  1. What is Stewart talking about?
The New York Times is reporting that the NRA gave a former employee a SEVERANCE package.
That is quite diffent than evidence of sexual harrassment, and is not a “settlement”. Either way, Cain woldn’t be a party to any “settlement” if such a thing existed.

Cain’s supporters are not pulling the race card. They see it for what it is…simply a political hit job enabled by the useful idiots at the Politico.

Quite possibly started by some establishment Repubican threatened by Cain’s momentum and intention to eliminate the career politicians earning potential as corporate lobbyists.
